One Shot
In this assignment i was asked to take a photo of a important or found item. other criteria for this task were, there had to be a person or part of a person in it and it had to cropped to 8 x 8 inches.
This is my final image. I am quite happy with this image although the white balance isn't quite right, if you look at my hand its really pale however I have quite tanned hands and my palm near my thump on this photo is almost white.

Captured a cup evaluation.
Evaluation.
I am happy with the outcome of this assignment even though I did not finish before the deadline, because of trouble I had making it look like the cups were meant to be there and not like they were floating around and like some one had placed a sticker of a cup on a photograph. During this assignment I have learnt I need to manage my time better and not spend hours trying to do something thats not even that relevant to this assignment. I am happy with my final images and that I learnt new Photoshop skills in the process, I like my images because they are different to anyone else's and that it has a sort of comical side to it. I chose to do my images like this and put large cups in the photos to show that Huhtamaki is a big company.

Capture a cup
Introduction.
In this two day assignment I have to take three photos using disposable cups for a company called Huhtamaki which is one of the worlds largest packaging manufacturers and are a major player in the UK disposable packaging market who sell these cups to high street coffee chains, fast food chains, vending machines and contract caterers.
I have to create image for Huhtamaki to use in a variety of foodservice trade PR and advertising activities following the 'beverage to go' brief, the winner will also win £500 and runners up could win £250 each.
Initial Ideas
Research.
I had an idea to place large Paper cups on a landscape and I then found this image on google imagers and it gave me the idea too superimpose paper cups over other items like road cones, bins and bollards.
I then Had the idea of replaceing a building with a paper cup as its more noticable than a road cone or a bin, also if I replace a building next to a building that uses the Huhtamaki products it will show other companys who uses these cups so they know that they can be trusted.
